1. INTRODUCTIONThis document (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) constitutes an official public offer made by Sole Proprietor (Individual Entrepreneur) Polina Serhiivna Hrybkova (Taxpayer Registration Number 3971908568), hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” to conclude an agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) in accordance with Part 1 of Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine on the terms and conditions set forth below.The Agreement is concluded between a user of the website https://biocodeidentity.com/ or a purchaser of services offered on the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website User / Service Customer”) and the Provider.Any legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18 may accept this Offer. If the Offer is accepted on behalf of a legal entity, the representative must have the appropriate authority to do so.
2. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENTThe subject matter of this Agreement is the use of the services offered on the Provider’s website https://biocodeidentity.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as the Provider’s licensed content (educational materials).
3. TERMS OF THE AGREEMENTUnless a separate written agreement has been concluded with the Website User / Service Customer, this Agreement includes:● GENERAL TERMS● ADDITIONAL TERMS● SPECIAL TERMSAll of the above collectively constitute a single Agreement.The Provider reserves the right to amend or introduce additional and special terms.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS (ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER)Acceptance of this Offer is carried out by:● actual use of the services.Acceptance shall be deemed equivalent to the conclusion of a written agreement.
5. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENTThe Agreement shall be deemed concluded:● upon clicking the “Contact” button;● upon registration for a free webinar;● upon purchasing tickets for offline events.
6. TERM OF SERVICE PROVISIONServices may be provided:● for a fixed period;● with limited-term access to content.Upon expiration of the applicable period, access shall be automatically terminated.
7. RIGHT TO USE CONTENTThe User is granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal purposes only.The following is prohibited:● copying;● distribution;● commercial use;● video recording of lessons.Violation of these terms shall result in access being blocked.
8. SERVICES OF INADEQUATE QUALITYThe provisions of the legislation of Ukraine on consumer protection shall apply.The Provider does not guarantee the achievement of any specific result.
9. LIABILITYThe Provider shall not be liable for:● force majeure circumstances;● communication failures;● actions of third parties.
10. USER CONTENTThe User is responsible for any materials posted.The posting of the following content is prohibited:● pornographic content;● discriminatory content;● content that violates the rights of third parties.
11. TERM OF VALIDITY OF THE OFFERThis Offer shall remain valid until withdrawn by the Provider.
12. TERM OF THE AGREEMENTThe Agreement shall remain in effect until the parties fulfill their obligations or until it is terminated.
13. TERMINATION OF SERVICESThe User may discontinue use of the services at any time.Upon termination, access to the content shall be discontinued.
14. PERSONAL DATAPersonal data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
15. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMSThe Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
16. GOVERNING LAWThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine.
17. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR LEGAL ENTITIESA person accepting these Terms on behalf of a legal entity represents and warrants that they have the appropriate authority to do so.
